Dr. Petter Johannsen, Prime Minister of Environment

The Principality of West Antarctic is committed to the preservation of the environment in Antarctica and worldwide, that is why is the only State that has a Prime Minister of Environment.
Dr. Petter Johannesen (1949),  Prime Minister of Environment of the Principality of West Antarctic and member of the Prince's Council, has a Merconom in International Marketing  in Denmark in 1974. Various post graduated courses in Management and Psychology and Commercial Sciences at various institutes of Oslo. For 18 years representative of The Export Council of Norway in Italy ending his experience as Commercial Counselor of the Norwegian Embassy in Italy, based in Milano Italy.
He is Knight (1983) and Commendatore (1991) of the Italian Republic.
He has been lector in Norwegian literature at the State University of Milano.
After his mandate as Diplomat he has gained intense professional experiences with major public, as well as private companies as: Fiat Ferroviaria; Agusta Helicopers. Girmi; Statoil; Olivetti; Kværner; Fjellstrand; Tomra; Hydro Aluminium; Microdesign.
He has been for 10 years Secretary General of the Union of Foreign Chamber of Commerce in Italy, and Board member of the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Italy.
He is Executive Vice Chairman of ASSONORVEGIA the Association of Norwegian - Italian friendship.(www.assonorvegia.com)
